They just cancelled my stay in 4 days when I reserved 9 months ago
2.0I made a reservation back on September 1, 2025 for 2 nights in June 2026. I noticed a few months ago that the rates published for new reservations increased literally 10-fold. I’ve been tracking ever since and reached out with a question about my reservation last weekend. I just got a call today telling me that they have to cancel my reservation due to circumstances beyond their control. The reservation I made 9 months ago that was supposed to start in 4 days. No details and no alternatives, just a weak apology. I wonder if they wouldn’t have even told me until I arrived for check-in, if I hadn’t tried to contact them myself. Never stay here, they can’t be trusted.
