8.0Location was excellent. Rooms were a good size as was the bathroom. Unfortunately the lifts were not working at the time. Buffet breakfast was good with decent selection. Staff were good.

7.0The location to the start of the Knysna Cycle Challenge and to the waterfront. The cleaning and porter staff were fabulous.
− The lift is not operational. For the elderly and people with dodgy knees, it's a problem to access the rooms on the first and second floors.
