− They wouldn't let me rebook because I had my cat though I informed them of him when I booked the room on Booking.com.

Attracting the wrong clients
1.0Modern updated room, generally really clean.
− Walls where like paper, room next door playing ridiculously loud music, spoke to reception about moving rooms was told none available however they would talk to them. 3 knocking attempts later and they answered turned music down slightly but noise was replaced by theatrical sex noises. This continued on and off all evening until very late. Then started again come 6:30am. I got the feeling it was some kind of escort service using the hotel. We also noticed a very pungent sweat/body odour smell in the room. It was coming from one of the cushions on the sofa. We ended up having to put it in the bathroom. The car park is virtually impossible to park due to a rental company parking and obstructing all the spots.
