Great hotel
10.0Dionne was amazing! She made check-in quick and easy and was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here for a few days every year for the past six years, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant serves amazing food, and the hotel is an excellent value. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend staying here!
It's A Cleveland Clinic Experience
8.0I didn't realize the hotel chain was part of Cleveland Clinic section . The staff was sparse, but helpful.

10.0Great experience! Awesome place. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and helpful, from the front desk to valet parking, maintenance, to maid services. The rooms were clean and beds were perfect to sleep on. One of the best sleeps I had in a long time. This hotel had a great feel to it. I will be back!

8.0Used the hotel because of the convenience to Cleveland Clinic, I think the rates are ridiculous and gouge families that need to be with loved ones during difficult times. The hotel and staff were great.
