Customer service was non existent. Rooms are outdated. Halls smell terrible.

Convenient location Quiet

− 1. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We knocked on the staff breakroom door and called the front desk several times. No one answered either. It took 15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. She was eating popcorn while doing so and said she was the only staff member on site and had been upstairs cleaning a room. 2. The hallways smelled horrible. Not sure if this was from people cooking in rooms or food delivered, but the smell was on two different floors (I walked around looking to find a bathroom when no one was at the front desk to check us in). 3. The furniture in our room #334 was worn and had visible chips on all of the pieces. The kitchenette sink was dirty around the faucet. 3. When we returned to the hotel at Midnight, there were people standing in the lobby trying to check in, but the front desk was closed. There was a metal screen pulled down and locked over it. I stopped and gave them the phone number to the front desk, as there was no contact info nor instructions visibly posted that would have helped them get help.

Nothing it was people in their cars smoking weed and just hanging out also people smoking at the door. I did not stay cause the front desk lady said it wasn’t safe! So I left!

I didn’t eat no breakfast but I did enjoy my room plus I felt relax when I took my baths. I enjoyed the employees they was friendly. Then the other people were saying there it was nice. I will be coming back hopefully next month.

− Having dishes in the room, it’s an extending stay. You have dishes in the room, but IHaving dishes in the room, it’s an extending stay. You have dishes in the room, but I do understand by people by selling stuff.

Nothing really

− Everything. Floors were very greasy luke feeling, just really dirty, the cord to the room phone was broke.

Not a Good Impression for First Time

The location was central to where we were going. There were many restaurants in the area.

− When we arrived the place was chaotic to say the least. The front staff was trying to sort out some unexpected arrivals - 2 buses full of construction workers! They were all loitering outside the entrance so it looked like dangerous individuals were selling drugs in the parking lot. Terry, an employee was cursing and frustrated. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned better. The tub and sink were grimey and the toilet paper holder was missing the bar. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or ice bucket or complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The phone in the room didn't work either.
