Very disappointed for the money that was spent on this hotel.
1.0The property’s location was good for us.
− Staff non existent during our whole stay we only met once one of the staff. We had a problem when we tried to check in since no one was available at the desk. We had to search for the room keys ourselves. Another instance was that we locked the keys inside the room, again no one was available to help and we had to take the ladder and enter from the back side of the hotel through the window.
Good to know
Guests arriving later than 20.00 are requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival.
Please note that the reception closes at 12:00 on Sundays. Guest can still check in, but hotel needs to know the time of arrival the day before so relevant information can be there when guests arrive.
