8.0Breakfast was fine. Everything was fine. The only problem was the AC unit that was not functioning properly. The room cooled but there was a dampness that wouldn’t go away. I told the staff about it when we were leaving.

4.0Hotel is old and run down. Front desk staff and was slow and rude. While we were checking in, they’ll two women at the front desk were gossiping about the women who had checked in ahead of us and said that they must be in town for the “Karen Convention.” Very unprofessional. We booked for two nights but ended up only staying one and booking at the Double Tree in Newark for the second night, which was exponentially nicer.

4.0The foyer area was dirty along with the carpets. The hair dryer didn’t work, which I had planned on using. The tv didn’t work. The comforter was stained with something dark, like blood or chocolate. It was gross. I would never stay here again. I was offered an “I’m sorry”. That’s it. I would never stay here again.
