2.0The proximity to the freeway
− The motel not up to Best Western standards. The entrance door to hotel room looked like it had been kicked in recently, door frame damage top door pin hinge was 3/4 out of hinge. Kitchen table had one broken table leg, Kitchen chair broken. Threshold floor going to bathroom was damaged causing my husband to trip and almost fall. This is not acceptable as he is handicapped and walks with a cane.
It was really convenient and accommodating but could be more cleaner and softer beds

− Pubic hair clump upon entering room. Floors lifting catching and cutting foot. Bathroom hole in roof from last year. Now with spit who knows what hanging from ceiling. Wife slipped fell in shower hurting herself bad. No grip in shower floor. Sucked! No need to continue on
