The room was clean and jacuzzi was nice and working.

− Pool is under construction a the breakfast is very limited. No bananas lol

Jose at the front desk was the best part of the stay! He is very kind and helpful.

− We booked our room through booking.com and when we checked out the hotel charged us as well. They said it would take 5 to 7 days for the refund, check your account before leaving. If it wasn't for Jose being so kind and helping with the issue the outcome would have been a lot different. Hats to Jose, keep up the good work. The world needs more people like Jose.
