Was a great getaway to feel like a tourist in my own city!
10.0Great old architecture!
− The fridge was leaking

10.0Friendly front desk, comfortable room, great views, lovely lobby, decent price
− had to find parking to then sign in to get into their parking. No shaded parking, nor agreement with the municipsl parking next door that does have shade. It's hot out.

2.0− Room was not what we booked
Probably won’t stay there again.
7.0Location and it was close to a good restaurant.
− Breakfast was not very good and everything was disposable.
My annual visit to Ashland
7.0The location is ideal. Just a few minutes to the theaters
− The beds are lumpy. There is a constant banging noise, not sure where it comes from. Maybe the furnace.

8.0If you're attending a play at OSF, the hotel is one level block from the theaters. The on-site restaurant is very good, and obviously attuned to the times of plays. Parking is free and the hot buffet breakfast is $5.
− I'm having trouble getting them to send me an invoice for my stay; I accepted their offer to email it when I left. It's an older place, so the rooms are in the smallish side.
