− breakfast offerings were minimal; hallways were dirty and smelly (and I realize this might have been because of using disinfectent in the "pet wing.") Bathroom badly designed and badly lit. Room lighting was also poor. Mainly, the entire place felt dingy. I won't stay there again.
Again location was the only positive thing.

− Door cards NEVER worked correctly- had to have them rescanned every time we wanted to get back into our room!
