6.0Personnel aimable et accueillant propreté correcte dans l'ensemble Mais : petit déjeuner decevant Pour les 2 fois que j'ai voulu en prendre un La table avait été débarrassée mais nettoyée sommairement ( traces de café sur la table) et non redressée, pas de fruits frais, pas de lait pour les céréales, pas de grille pain, quelques mini viennoiseries (que je ne prend jamais) 1 petit pain restant, rien d'autre, pas de pain complet, pas de baguette, pas d'œufs, 'N' ai jamais vu faire de reassort Bref petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression Heureusement ils ont été honnêtes il ne m'ont compté qu'1 seul Lavabo s'écoulant mal, réflexion faite tous les jours, jamais réparé, me suis débrouillée autrement, Durant mon séjour ils ont oublié de faire ma chambre 1 fois Heureusement que je suis propre et que je laisse ma chambre en ordre et propre, Cela ne m'a donc pas génée outre mesure. Pas de room service. Bien decevant à côté de l'hôtel Akena de Reims !!!
