4.0Convenient location. Close to airport and shopping. Staff is polite and apologetic. Elevator did not work. Shower knob nearly detached and only the staff be able to turn it on. Room needs deep cleaning to rid of pest.

2.0I have never stayed at such a filthy hotel in my life. I wasnt expecting much, but the lack of cleanliness was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We had to change our room the first night because the shower knob fell off, the entire thing was covered in black mold. The rooms smelled, there was dirt or possibly roach droppings in the corners of the room and bathroom. The 3 days we were there, we never once had housekeeping. They were non-existing. The towels were stained, everyone was putting their dirty towels and tied up trash bags in the hallway. I will never stay at this hotel brand again. The only thing good was the staff at the front desk was nice. Also- beds are tiny and hard as a rock.
