This is a charming and wonderful stay in the heart of Bristol.
10.0This was a fantastic stay in the heart of Bristol. We were only there one night, but were more than happy with the facilities and staff.
− The elevator was a little bit finicky to use, particularly getting luggage in and out with the double door into the elevator area, but other than that, everything was great.
No free water in the room in a heatwave!!!!!
8.0Property was amazing

9.0Room was clean and comfortable. Grateful for a fan in the room as extremely hot.
− The road was a bit noisy as we were at the front of the hotel.
Good spot for our weekend away
10.0Lovely hotel for the harbour festival, very clean rooms, nice staff and excellent location

6.0Reception staff pleasant. Bathroom well designed and up to date. I appreciated the coffee/tea, biscuit and fruit. Location good. Not a hotel chain--very much felt like a boutique hotel.
− I reserved a "cozy" room which didn't really have enough space for my things (carry on suitcase)--only 3 hangers, no drawer space, small bedside table instead of desk, no shelves in bathroom. And it was on the 3rd floor, which got a bit hot during the day. But everything was well designed, clean, and I appreciated the coffee/tea and biscuit. I think next time I will simply reserve a larger room and I will be more comfortable.
Pleasant stay in an old conservation style apartment.
9.0Location was very good. Love the old English conservation styled apartment. English buffet breakfast was very good too. They even gave us a welcome drink and fruits
− Tap in the kitchen was loose. Found the apartment a bit dark. Have to climb stairs with luggages. No aircon
