6.0It Was Close To Our Destination
− The A/C In 1 Of Our Rooms Smelled Of Mildew When It Was On. There Were Water Pockets Above The Pool That Burst & Spilled Brown Water. The Pool Area Needs Major Maintenance As Far As Structure & Cleanliness. 1 Of The Associates Was Cursing Loudly In The Lobby While Speaking To 2 Other Guests. The Same Associate Kept Using Pet Names When Speaking To Both My Husband & I.
