Perfect Stay!
10.0Excellent location with close proximity to bus stations. The bus take you to main places ( Trevi fountain, Vatican city etc ) within a short ride. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Our room was big and spacious with a large balcony! We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cannot eat a panini outside your room even if sick.
6.0Location to Mater Dei hospital. Sara at reception is very kind and responded quickly and courteously to our question about the tourist tax exemption for medical stays. The other reception staff always smile and are professional as well.
− After a long travel day I needed to eat to take my medicine and had picked up a panini. When I sat at the bar which was closed for several more hours to eat my panini, a shorter young lady was adamant I must leave and said it was best to eat in the room. I almost passed out then, but my husband took me out to the garden table where there was no one so I could have a few bites and take my medication l. The same young lady had followed us and immediately asked us to leave again. I understand hotel policy but if someone is suffering surely they can eat their panini and take their medication. We had no messes to make and would take our wrapper with us, but we were not even asked or offered this option. We saw her again at breakfast on our last day, tried to get her name but she did not smile at us and walked away. We were treated differently than she treated the other guests also dining outside for breakfast. This one person ruined our two night stay, as we needed to stay another night, we booked another hotel instead because of her. Disappointing because everyone else seems very caring at the hotel, and when one is going through weekly treatment and feeling run down it is tough to be treated so very very rudely and insensitively. Every week we will consider staying elsewhere now.
