10.0Amazing location. Watched the airplanes from the room windows. Onsen is quiet and clean with a nice hot sauna. Large rooms and very clean with welcoming staff.

10.0先ず、入り口。黒い扉が開いて中に入ると、ふわぁ〜といい香りが漂い癒やされます。 受付の時に頂いたジュースも、旅の疲れをとってくれるものでした。 天井が高く、別世界にいるようでした。 全て、落ち着いた空間で、リラックスできました。
− 廊下が暗いので、夜中は少し怖いです(^_^;)
素晴らしかった

Overall, I expected better service with a price tag this high.
6.0Location to domestic flights were easily accessible.
− The staff. The place felt cold. I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s and we had quite a bit of luggage. We were sent up to our room to manage our luggage on our own. It might be their policy but it would have been very helpful to have some help.
