Was very disappointed. Too much money for this room

− Room was in disrepair and not clean. No breakfast or coffee due to no staff.
For my first time staying at a hotel it was not a good experience
1.0The staff at the front desk from the time I entered to the time I left was very pleasant and nice
− First of all, they said it’s a smoking free hotel. Everybody was in there just about smoking cigarettes smoking weed. Some of the guests next to me was very loud for three days. The bed was hard. The breakfast was lousy. The pool was not clean. The beds were not queen size they were full size force advertisement. The icemaker did not work. The laundry room did not work so we couldn’t wash our clothes.
Like the hot breakfast and indoor pool.

1.0It was a hassle to book in line and the person in charge not any help. Didn't refund all my money. The person at desk could not find the order so we left and got a room.
− Price was not good. Had to sign up to booking.com and then person at desk could not find our registration and would not give of the price on this site
