First class hotel
10.0It was 4 minutes from tube station. The area was lovely. The hotel facade was lovely very clean. The welcome was great The staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was lovely very clean and bedding very comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again and would highly recommend it. We had breakfast on the final morning lots of choices. Lastly 11.00am checkout made it very relaxing.

10.0Era muy cómodo, está muy cercano a una estación de metro (por lo que te puedes mover fácilmente por la ciudad), y muy cerca de Paddington (se puede llegar caminando desde la estación), todo muy cómodo y limpio.

10.0Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is exceptionally good with varied choices. Little extras made the room feel like home: for example, the best headboard reading light I encountered on a month-long trip that included four other hotels. And always great to see a washcloth among the bathroom linens.

9.0Very well located (closed to 3 different tube stations), in a safe and quiet street, and walking distance from a shopping street (local supermarkets and restaurants)
− It was way too hot in the room and no option to open the window nor to use the airco properly. Nothing else otherwise.
