Overall, my stay was good and if I was in the area, I would come back

− Booked for a 3 bed when got there was told only had 2 bed. While explaining to front desk what i booked and paid they didnt apologize or make matters any better just made me feel even worse with the circumstances. Booked for two nights next morning decided to ask to see if can switch and same feeling with a different person. I have never felt so uncomfortable with any other front desk associates then I did with this stay. Any reviews stated a great stay. Place is remodeled but still has the old smell. The housekeepers felt the same. Made me feel shitty for asking for bare minimum. Where I am someone who hates leaving a mess and clean up during stay. Just ask for extra garbage sacks and towels.
