Housekeeping!!
6.0We checked in me and my daughters around midnight after a family evening party. The reason for our stay is to get somewhere close to the party hall we checked in with Mahmoud who was so welcoming very accommodating and nice. He accommodates us with a smile and the check in was quick for our rooms. Unfortunately, room service was very limited and not available after mid night we checked into the room which was spacious but hygiene and cleaning in the hotel need to be reconsidered since it was really poor. Most of the room area was dusty, linen was not cleaned due to many spots same with the furniture. Toilet has limited amenities and need better cleaning check out was simple and quick

10.0The receptionist (I forgot his name :'( ) and Karlo offered us exceptional service. They arranged the room and complimented us in celebrating our wedding anniversary with their complimentary cake and allowed us to check out late at a very short notice. We enjoyed immensely our stay and made our occassion memorable.
Extended our stay
10.0We extended our stay by another day. The hotel was good, spent half a day next to the pool, enjoyed a mocktail and had a nice meal. The King size beds are just right and room service quick and efficient.

10.0An enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We choose to stay close to town and this hotel was in the perfect spot for us. We enjoyed the room service meals and the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
