− Even though it is over expensive according to Hanoi standarts, the service is definetly so bad. The reception was so rude as a manner, they are not helping on anything. Breakfast was weak with less european options. They are serving dried cheese from yesterday. They don’t make you fresh egg and want you to take the old one.
