10.0Great location close to public transport for easy access to both airports and to get around Istanbul. The reservation, concierge and restaurant staff were sensational- caring and considerate. When there was a mix up with our booking they went above and beyond to help and to ensure we could stay as planned. We also got a bigger room than originally booked! Breakfast was great with a wide selection- the vegetarian omelette was delicious!
