Just awful !

− Awful, I booked a 'deluxe' double room . There was nothing deluxe at all ,the room was tiny , the furniture cheap self build ,the bedding was thin and flimsy and the bed felt like a camping bed ! Breakfast didn't start till 7.30am (not good for business people) and then was a total mish-mash of far eastern choices , cold boiled eggs or toast ! The layout only serves to create queues , again not good if you are heading off to work! The place is just awful , avoid it like the plague !
It was exactly what I needed for the trip that I was there for. I would consider staying there again
7.0I was helped very quickly and easily by the staff members and actually got to check in early, which I was really grateful for. They specified that if I couldn't check in early, I was afforded the opportunity to drop my bags while I waited, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked really well, and the room service in terms of cleaning was also good.
− My bed was a bit sloped, so I couldn't sleep on one half of the bed. Otherwise, it felt like I was falling off. The breakfast was quite niche, being Malaysian food only. It would have been nice if there was something like scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast, just to make some options more available to the general public.
Staying here was great
9.0The location of the hotel is great, everything felt close and travelling was easy from here. The hotel room was clean and looked good, it was nice staying there. The view from the window was nice, there was an A/C, and we had everything we needed in the room.
− The water pressure was really low, and the beds were somehow a bit "uncomfortable". The TV in the room worked, but youtube or other apps didn't work. Nothing was too terrible.
