1.0− Labai neigiama patirtis – nerekomenduoju Viešbučio administracijos personalas buvo itin nemalonus, grubus ir visiškai neorientuotas į klientą. Užsakėme liukso klasės kambarį, tikėdamiesi komforto ir kokybės, tačiau gavome kambarį palėpėje, kuris visiškai neatitiko nei aprašymo, nei sumokėtos kainos. Dėl nuožulnių lubų suaugusiam žmogui buvo neįmanoma normaliai išsitiesti – mano vyras nuolat trankėsi galva. Kambaryje buvo labai tvanku, prasta ventiliacija, todėl kvėpuoti buvo sunku. Dušo kabina buvo nepatogi ir akivaizdžiai per maža – net išsiplauti plaukus buvo sudėtinga. Toks kambarys jokiu būdu negali būti pristatomas kaip liukso klasės numeris. Kreipėmės į administraciją tikėdamiesi problemos sprendimo, tačiau sulaukėme tik nemandagaus ir abejingo bendravimo. Nebuvo pasiūlytas joks sprendimas ar kompromisas. Jeigu planuojate mokėti daugiau už geresnį kambarį, nereiškia, kad jį ir gausite. Mūsų patirtis buvo labai nuvilianti, todėl šio viešbučio nerekomenduoju.
