2.0I booked a room for Sep 27-28 2025. I arrived at 6:30 PM that day and was informed there was no room for me. The receptionist told me they tried to call me earlier in the day. However, I was competing in a local tournament and could not answer my phone. The fact that Holiday Inn realized they over booked at such a late date is very inconvenient for any traveler.
