− Pas de petit-déjeuner disponible . Chambre non faite un matin il a fallut demander a changer les serviettes. Tres mauvaise communication avev l hôtel jamais eu de réponse a un message via booking . Envoi d un message en disant que le check out est a 11h .... un jour plus tot Chambre pas tres propre ... télécommande sous le lit ....

− Very tired. Air conditioning not working. Limited TV channels. Bathroom counter held together with tape. Bathroom tap dripped. The room was clean and front desk were polite and helpful. Just a very tired property and furnishings.

AC Broken, don't stay here

− Checked in went to room and AC is not working. Why wouldn't they mention at check in that it's not working and let me make the decision to stay or leave. When I called down about the air she said she would come up and check and handed me a fan. Said the AC broke last night but is fixed and up and running. It did not get better. This appears to be an on-going issue. The person you checked me in that it was more important to deal with the paperwork infront of her rather than the guest waiting to check-in. During the night with constant complaints from guests about the heat, manager quit and walked out. Left the check in unattended. It got worse from there....
