4.0Furniture worn. Second floor room with no elevator. No staff to help with bags. In room phone not working. Pillows worn and needing replacement. Room was ready but we couldn't access until 3 PM, even though we were there at 2:53.....made us wait anyway. Positive: Maintenance staff came promptly to fix a bathroom issue.

4.0Maybe 2-3 stars. The property has so much potential but it’s a tourist attraction. There is no private area for guests. They allow a ridiculous amount of people in daily and the pools are overcrowded. The only guest only area was a puppy patch that was closed both evenings of our stay. Theme is tranquillo but there was a chainsaw all day. We had to get up and go to the pool at 730 am before day guests arrived and there were already loud leaf blowers. The grounds are nice but at the cost of not being relaxing at all. Entire place is dated. Only one restaurant that was also promising with fresh ingredients but inedible from so much salt. Definitely not as advertised.

10.0Such a little piece of heaven! We were greeted by Santiago who was very helpful at check in. The rooms were cozy and clean with a lovely view of property. Staying at Ojo was pure relaxation. I took advantage and appreciated all amenities from the gym to a wonderful yoga class, hiking trails and puppies! Definitely must experience the spa. Billy Jo did a fantastic job!
