10.0Wat niet?… Ontbijt was fantastisch, live cooking, veel keuze en super aardig personeel. Diner, erg lekker eten. Faciliteiten zijn erg goed, sauna, binnen- en buitenbad, midgetgolfbaan en ga maar door.

− Vi havde forventet to enkelt senge. Der var to enkelt madrasser i en stor dobbeltseng. Vi vidste godt at værelset først var tilgængelig fra kl 14, men da vi allerede var der kl 11.30 kunne de måske godt have undersøgt om værelset var klar, så vi kunne komme ind før tid.
This was only a really short overnight stay, but I will certainly return again to enjoy facilities.

9.0Das Hotel ist insgesamt einfach wunderbar — ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Schon die Größe und Weitläufigkeit der gesamten Anlage laden wirklich zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Mein Zimmer, ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung, war überaus großzügig geschnitten und hatte einen fantastischen Balkon. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war, wie immer, sagenhaft: perfekt abgestimmt, geschmacklich hervorragend und begleitet von einem großartigen, aufmerksamen und motivierten Serviceteam. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, den ich sehr genossen habe.
− Leider gab es bei der Buchung eine kleine Komplikation. Ich wollte zunächst direkt über die Webseite des Hotels buchen, dort war ein Einzelzimmer jedoch offenbar nicht verfügbar. Auf meine telefonische Nachfrage, ob ich alternativ ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung buchen könne, wurde mir eher kurz angebunden und aus meiner Sicht etwas überheblich mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Umso überraschter war ich, dass ich kurz darauf über Booking.com genau diese Zimmerkategorie noch als verfügbar fand und dort problemlos buchen konnte. Als ich später wegen der Tischreservierung für das Abendessen erneut anrief und die Situation ansprach, entstand leider ein recht widersprüchlicher Eindruck. Die Erklärung wirkte auf mich nicht wirklich stimmig, insgesamt wenig professionell und vor allem nicht besonders einladend. Hier würde ich mir künftig definitiv mehr Kundenorientierung, Freundlichkeit und eine klarere Kommunikation wünschen.

8.0das gesamte Hotel gefiel mir gut und besonders das Personal sehr behilflich ich bekam sogar für mein Handy ein ladekabel geliehen. was für ein glück auch das essen im Restaurant und Bedienung gefiel mir
