1.0Ho apprezzato la colazione e la cortesia della signora che si occupava quella mattina della sala di fronte ai miei reclami in merito alla pulizia. Non so se ha effettivamente riportato al manager la cosa, visto che non ho ricevuto nemmeno un messaggio di scuse.
− La stanza era sporchissima. Sul comodino c'era una macchia enorme non identificata. Eravamo esausti dalla giornata e non avevo voglia di cambiare stanza e spostare le nostre valigie, così ho preso una salvietta disinfettante che ho sempre con me e l'ho pulito. Nel ripiano sotto, una rivista con sopra appiccicato non so cosa, briciole, polvere. Non so da quanto tempo questo comodino non veniva pulito. Entrando nella stanza una puzza di stantio e polvere. Fuori dalla stanza sul marciapiede era caduto qualcosa di appiccicoso e nessuno si è curato di pulirlo, quindi ci abbiamo messo i piedi sopra prima di entrare nella stanza.
