2.0The bed was comfortable and it was easy to go into town.
− My family and I were passing through Germany on our way home from France and needed to stay just one night. I booked the hotel room 3 hours before we arrived and got a confirmation right away. When we arrived, the hotel didn’t have a room for us and claimed I booked it 5 minutes before we arrived, instead of taking responsibility. After waiting a while, they said we had booked a room with one bed so my daughter would not have her own bed. I specifically booked a room for 3 and when I showed her, she told me that was a booking.com problem, not theirs and they couldnt help me with that. We then got a key to a room and when we got there, it was occupied by other guests! So we hurried out and went back to the reception where they blamed it on the system being faulty. Finally we ended up in another room with the small bed (nothing she could do about the bed situation even though the whole experience had been so bad) and in that room, the electricity socket thingies were sticking out of the wall and the pipes in the bathroom were leaking. Another thing is, that everything at this hotel had additional costs. The info on booking.com are not representative. So just be aware of that. The receptionist really did all she could to help us and was generally very nice. They were just really understaffed and she was clearly overworked.

− Da schönes Wetter war und der Frühstücksbereich eine tolle Terrasse hat wären Sonnenschirme ein Traum.

− Comfort Zimmer Doppel als Einzelnutzung Keine Klima oder Lüftung, fast nicht auszuhalten Minibar gute Auswahl allerdings ist diese unten an der Rezeption Preisgestaltung daher auch etwas drüber Frühstück gut aber nichts außergewöhnliches, preislich auch völlig überzogen. 8.15 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr! Pancakes steinhart usw.
