Un hôtel sans prétentions mais très bien placé.
7.0L’hôtel est très bien placé. Tout le centre ville est accessible à pied et rapidement. Il est confortable et calme.
− Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais très sommaire : il y a peu de choix dans les boissons. Et la salle à manger est trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients.

6.0− No me gustó la recepcionista de la mañana! Fui a preguntarle algo y estaba sentada con su teléfono, parece que uno la estaba molestando!
Un hôtel extrêmement propre, idéalement situé et très agréable, malgré un petit-déjeuner décevant.
8.0Les points forts sont nombreux. L'hôtel était d'une propreté irréprochable, honnêtement, c'est probablement l'un des hôtels les plus propres où j'ai séjourné. Beaucoup d'établissements pourraient s'en inspirer. Le personnel était toujours très aimable et accueillant, la chambre était fonctionnelle et bien pensée, et l'emplacement est excellent : très central, à proximité de l'UQAM et 500 m de la station de métro, à environ 1,5 km du Palais des congrès, juste à côté du Quartier latin et pas loin du du Vieux-Port et du Vieux-Montréal. On accède également très facilement à la station d'où part le bus pour l'aéroport, accessible en environ une heure.
− Le petit-déjeuner était le principal point faible. Toute la vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, gobelets) était en carton et jetable, ce qui est dommage d'un point de vue environnemental. Je pense qu'il y a des solutions plus durables. Le choix proposé était également assez limité, les plats étaient à peine chauds et peu appétissants. L'isolation phonique n'est pas parfaite : on entend facilement les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines. Cela dit, ce n'était pas particulièrement gênant. Enfin, un petit détail pratique : il manque un endroit pour suspendre les vêtements. Un simple porte-manteau ou quelques patères avec deux ou trois cintres seraient largement suffisants et rendraient la chambre plus fonctionnelle.
