− Ficamos horas sem água quente no quarto das 20:00 até as 9:00 , foi nos falado a noite que estavam consertando e em 20 minutos voltaria , não aconteceu , não tivemos nenhum retorno , fomos pela manhã solicitar informações e não tinha água quente ainda. Precisamos mudar de apartamento para poder tomar um banho . Entendo que problemas acontecem , mas no mínimo deveríamos ter respostas da equipe , mas precisamos ir até a recepção e solicitar uma providência .
