L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont propres avec une salle de bain bien équipée. La piscine et le hammam sont très agréables en fin de journée

− L'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante, on entend très fortement la circulation, le tram, les voisins. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec 3 lits, le 3 eme lit était un lit de camp très inconfortable.

Overall, the hotel's condition and cleanliness of SPA did not meet our expectations.

Breakfast was good. However, it would be helpful if the food items were labelled, as it was sometimes difficult for international guests to understand what was being served. The location was quite good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

− To me, the hotel itself does not meet the standard of a 4-star property. On our first evening, we found several different insects in the bathroom. We were asked to spend the night in the room and wait until the next morning for a decision on how the issue would be handled. As we were travelling with a child, this was not an acceptable solution for us, so we refused. Since the hotel was fully booked, they eventually arranged a room for us in another hotel for one night. The following day, we were moved to a different room. The new room had no insects, but there was visible mould, not only in the bathroom but also in the room itself and around the windows. Perhaps this is common in the area, as the bathroom in the temporary hotel room also had significant mould issues. The room door was also misaligned, leaving a gap at the top. As a result, everything happening in the corridor could be heard from the room and vice versa. On one occasion, the door even became stuck and we were unable to enter the room. Our stay included access to the spa. At first glance it looked nice, but on closer inspection it was quite disappointing. The facilities did not appear to be very clean. There were pieces of debris floating in the water, and the corners of the pool contained visible dirt and buildup.
