− The wait times for the elevator, no toothbrush in the room, and the ice dispenser didn't work.
Great location and views from room. Medium quality, engagement with team inconsistent.

− Staff had a negative attitude at times, rooms on verge of needing an upgrade, getting a little tired.
Overall my family had a great time and we can’t wait to return.
10.0The location of the property is perfect for sightseeing. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and there was a nice bar in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had various selections to choose from. The small boardwalk helped us have a nice chill area at night. Entering floors in the elevator with a card helped with security. The pool was a big size, had accessible towels, great view, and fun to be in. The fitness area was equipped with lots of machinery and items to work out.
− I didn’t like that a cot wasn’t available for request. Or early check in accessibility.
