8.0People from staff: They’re very educated, so they’ll always help you with everything you ask them. I needed to print some papers for a rent-a-car, they helped me with smiles on their faces. And there’s always this cleaner that will help you as he can. He’ll clean your room every day as you please. This man doesn’t speak English, but he tries to help you anyway. Facilities are good, but I’d like a bigger TV. Food is good, compared to other restaurants I’ve visited in Rome. ** IMPORTANTE FOR SWIMMING POOL LOVERS ** Check if your number has access to a swimming pool, because if you don’t, you’ll need to pay an extra 18€ every time you enter it.
− The location of this hotel is not the best. It’s near Rome, but a bus 892 we’ve always needed never came as it’s written on schedule, it was always late or wasn’t even there. That’s the reason we decided to book a rent-a-car. Comfort isn’t a strong point of this hotel. If you want to take a shower after a long day wandering by the streets of this beautiful city. It’ll cost you some time because they almost don’t have warm water. Even so sometimes you get lucky to have it, at some moments water gets hotter than potatoes on a bonfire.

9.0The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was also good.
− For a four star hotel, they could have added some extra amenities in the room, such as electric kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc. To keep in mind that the hotel is away from the city centre so you need to take a bus, but the bus is quote unreliable.

7.0Struttura carina in un posto isolato e calmo, a 20min di macchina da trastevere (25€ di taxi più o meno). La colazione abbastanza buona ma nulla di speciale, il ristorante invece molto buono e lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile!
− La struttura è un pò datata, l'acqua della doccia bisogna aspettare almeno 5 minuti prima che diventi calda, la palestra è piccolina e con pochi attrezzi e in piscina tra zanzare, mosche e vespe non si riesce molto a stare tranquilli.
