10.0This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and very helpful! We will stay here for all of our trips to Helena! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! This place made our short stay in Helena so much more enjoyable! I can't stress enough how awesome the front staff was! Giving us suggestions on things to do and places to see! Always a cheerful good morning or friendly hellos when we returned, asking about our day. DEFINITELY A 100 * REVIEW!!!

− Toilet ran and refilled all night. No water pressure in the shower. Elevator smelled like stinky feet
