Our overall stay at Comfort Inn was satisfactory.
8.0The room was clean but it needed some maintenance. The base board or plastic base was peeling off in several areas which made it unpleasant to look at.
− There was a smell around the whole property which was very unpleasant. I was told that it was fertilizer or something that they use on the greenery there.
Bad service, not clean, demand $200 deposit on arrival and wouldn't refund the last 2 days

1.0− Bed bugs, the breakfast was less than adequate I broke out with bites on my hands, elbows, forearms and other areas. Their response was that pest control found nothing. Had to get antibiotics and steroid cream.

4.0Condition of rooms were disappointing, had to change rooms immediately, as first was not functioning, second, no microwaves, no freezer for ice packs and no alternative.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THE ETHICS OF THEIR STAFF
1.0It was a decent location.
− I left my very unique travel pillow in the room . I called a few hours later that day and spoke to a person named Mario from the airport. I asked if they could check so I could have a family member pick it up for me. When I arrived back home I called back and they said they had not seen it. Which was baloney because this travel pillow is quite large and shaped like a Question Mark; very unique. I called a few days later to speak to a manager but they are not available so I spoke with Isabel. She said she would ask the cleaning staff. They again said they had not seen it. I specifically told her that no one else could have taken it since only their staff would have entered the room. Their staff are thieves.
