10.0Got the jacuzzi room and it was very relaxing to be able to take turns using it. A bit small for two to enjoy it together, unless they’re shorter people. I’m 6’2” and 260 lbs, so I take up almost all of the space. Anyway, the wife loved the room and was thrilled that her knee felt so much better afterwards, since she had a knee scope 4 months ago. Room was impeccably clean. I even brought a black light to scan the room for yuck and there was literally nothing anyone that looked bad.

10.0The place was kept up very well, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. Only had 2 issues (freezer in the little fridge so full of frost the door wouldn't close right and the shower curtain rod was extremely loose). I brought the issues up to the staff when we checked out and they made a note of it and thanked me for filling them in. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

6.0The bathroom did not look like the picture (no shower chair), minimum towels that were thin compared to other holiday inns, the elevator made noise and seemed unsafe and the usb chargers by the bed were kind of wonky. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was mainly some of the facilities that were not good.
