2.0We needed a room to catch an early flight. We selected a room with two queens and a couch area for two adults and two children. The hotel was not clean and run down appearance. The hallway carpet had a greasy path down the middle and was loose in areas. There was strong smells throughout and cooking smells. The room was not as advertised and the beds looked like the sheets were not changed. The couch turned out to be a shelf under the window. We were shown another room with cleaner sheets and a cushion on the shelf but we did not feel comfortable staying with our children. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. I called Expedia and they tried to get me a refund for not staying there but the property never responded to Expedia so I’m being charged for a room I rejected. I expect at a minimum for a hotel room to be clean and safe for my family to stay.

4.0front desk very rude. hotel very dirty, elevator did not work half the time you wondered if you were going to get trapped, sheets and pillow cases were stained, carpet so dirty if you waled barefoot your feet got black on the bottom. shower curtain had mold on it, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper they think half roll for 5 days also had to ask for towels. this hotel should be shut down.

4.0Accidentally booked hotel on the wrong night. The staff would not change the date even thought the room was paid in advance and I was willing to pay extra fees. Room was small but comfortable and bed was comfortable.

4.0Staff are not friendly Asked for extra towels since it was 3 of us in the room was told “there’s already two towels in your room” and then said they will bring up more and never arrived!! Asked for change for a $20 bill to use in the vending machines ( they don’t take debit cards) and was told they didn’t have change to break my $20. Needs upgrade in rooms and dingy towels!! Don’t recommend at all!!
