2.0No internet in the room (horrible coverage); had to go down to the lobby to get anything done Every night, around 1AM or 2AM, the AC went out; it came back ON around 8:30AM or so; could not sleep at all, for most of the night, which ruined our holiday Horrible hotel amenities, rude managers, etc Thank God this is over; worst trip ever with the family

10.0Wonderful, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfasts buffet. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The location is perfect, central and easily walkable to many sites in Sultan Ahmet. I've stayed here many times.

8.0We liked the hotel staff and the breakfast at Pierre Loti. The location was excellent as it was centrally located with every main attraction within walking distance. The shower and toilet and wash basin where set in separate arrangement which we did not prefer but thats our preference.
