10.0Lovely place as suited to Taj.. Great hospitality... Lovely check in thanks to Mr. Aninda Roy and Jayanti Mam... And a special mention for chef chitresh for the delicious food... Manish .. Anish .. Hriday for the service... I want to mention the other chef too whose name I sis not ask but he too was extremely polite and again delicious food... The farewell ceremony was a bonus

10.0Excellent experience at a beautiful property. Even though we were here in the off season, the staff was impeccable! The reception team and the food and beverages team and the entire staff ensured a seamless stay. Special mention. To Shreya and Aditya who facilitated our checkin and experience at every step. Manish and Shyam from the F&B team also made sure all our requests were accommodated. Madhav’s from room service was also very helpful at every step. The rooms are beautiful - we stayed at the historical suite and it is everything Luxury. Also special thanks to the duty manager for helping me with my short video shoots!

The restaurant team particularly nonlih were warm and welcoming. My stay began with a traditional welcome drink making me feel truly special. The reception team provided impeccable assistance, including a helpful itinerary for exploring Jaisalmer and a beautifully prepared room. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The bar staff, including hridey and colleagues, were friendly and attentive. Shyam was also very approachable and nice. Honestly, it was the best decision ever. The vibe of the bar was amazing, but the drinks completely stole the show. They were so unique, fresh, and absolutely delicious!Huge shout-out to Mr. Hriday, who was behind the bar making all the drinks. The guy is an absolute wizard with his mixes! He wasn't just making great drinks; his super warm personality and great energy made the whole evening so much fun. This was my second time visiting the property, and honestly, experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. I'm already telling all my friends and business colleagues that they have to check out your bar.Please pass on a massive thank you to Hriday for looking after me so well.
