6.0Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO.

an Old World Charm in great need of reno
6.0Room is fairly clean & service good. We were given a big room and it was located near the front entry and restaurant and it's quite noisy. This place must have been a magnificent art deco in its time but it's a long way short of its glory days. Location is good - quiet and huge grounds.
