1.0− Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin empfangen. Sie hat uns alles verständlich und ausführlich erklärt. Leider wurde unser Urlaub danach komplett überschattet. In Italien kommt es leider häufig zu Diebstählen, deshalb können unvorhersehbare Situationen passieren. Bei uns fiel die Tür der Wohnung zu, während der Schlüssel noch drinnen lag. Wir hatten somit keinen Zugang mehr zur Unterkunft. Ab 19:23 Uhr habe ich versucht, alle auf der Website angegebenen Notfallnummern und den Kundenservice sowie die Unterkunft telefonisch und per Nachricht zu erreichen. Eine Antwort erhielt ich jedoch erst um 09:58 Uhr am nächsten Morgen. Erst um 10:33 Uhr konnten wir wieder in die Wohnung. Das bedeutet, dass ich die ganze Nacht mit meinem Kind draußen verbringen musste. Obwohl die angegebenen Servicezeiten von 09:00 bis 23:00 Uhr sind, war am Abend niemand erreichbar. Aus diesem Grund kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Sollte Ihnen zum Beispiel – was in Italien leider nicht selten vorkommt – die Tasche mit den Schlüsseln gestohlen werden oder Sie sich aussperren, haben Sie möglicherweise stundenlang keinen Zugang zur Wohnung und keine Möglichkeit, jemanden vom Personal zu erreichen.

8.0L'appartamento è accogliente e ha tutto ciò che serve, biancheria, stoviglie, elettrodomestici etc. Anche la posizione è comoda per muoversi con i mezzi verso il centro.
− È nel complesso pulito, ma potrebbe esserci maggiore attenzione ai dettagli (muro del salotto, bollitore, divano, tovagliette). Con un po' più di cura avrebbe sicuramente recensioni più alte. Attenzione a chi patisce la luce la mattina perché non ci sono persiane.

5.0Хороший матрац, небольшая , но компактна я квартира. Рядом есть парковка, но она не охраняемая.
− Из-за пробок мы приехали позже чем договаривались. Смутило то, что девушка- гостевой менеджер каждые 20 минут писала и спрашивала, где мы, подвергала сомнению наши слова. Это немного напрягало. Также мы доплатили за поздний приезд, хотя этого не было прописано в условиях. Квартира на плохая. Но недоступно чистая. Стены, диван - не плохо было бы освежить . Не которые тарелки с были со аколамиЧ
