Great hotel for family
10.0Great Hotel for holidays and with family. We had a family room and staff was super kind and helpful. We got a room with amazing view on Tower and Tower Bridge. Tube is just 2 minutes away. Breakfast was perfect and Arnel Maria provided a warm welcome in morning. When in London would definitely come back.

10.0Lovely room. Friendly staff, especially Arnel who greeted us on our first visit to breakfast. He was friendly, attentive and remembered us. He showed us to a quieter table which was perfect. Thank you to all who made our stay so wonderful.

9.0Die Lage des Hotels überhalb des Tower of London und direkt an der UBahn-Station Tower Hill war hervorragend! Innerhalb weniger Minuten war ein Teil der schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar.

Comfortable stay but needs minor adjustments to be perfect
8.0Very convenient to Fenchurch street station. Room was excellent.
− Air conditioning was very very noisy, no working fridge to keep water cold. Not enough coffee pods in room. Hooks for towels in bathroom far too high. Mirror not suitable for where desk is.
