This hotel has helpful employees with comfortable rooms, and with a short drive to beach.
8.0The hotel was clean and smelled nice. The employees were extremely helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub were both open till midnight which we appreciated. The free breakfast was decent enough.
− I was told the hotel was a 4-8min walk away from beach. It was quite a bit farther away than that. I would not have felt comfortable or safe walking to the beach from there.
Very nice… close to where we were visiting.. staff friendly & helpful.. Sean at breakfast was very helpful and kind.

9.0The property was conveniently located off the expressway and within minutes to downtown new Buffalo and the beach. I appreciate the location as it wasn’t in the middle of the congested downtown/beach area. My room was clean and very comfortable and the continental breakfast the next morning had a variety of foods that were delicious.
− My only concern was, I had asked for a 3 o’clock check-in and was told they could not accommodate that check-in was at four due to traffic. I ended up getting there at five and was told my room was not ready. The receptionist was very friendly and kind, but because I had rented through a third-party, they could not switch my room to a room that was ready. However, they did get the room cleaned very quickly, and I was allowed to check in without any hassle after that.
Would definitely come back.
