Ni är så välkomnande med husdjur. Vi fick en egen mysig plats utanför restaurangen där vi fick ha vår hund med oss. Jättemysigt ställe över huvudtaget, jättebra. Jättetrevlig personal i bar/ bistro och restaurang.

− Lite dålig information mellan hotellet och uppträdandet. En hyllning till Gästrikland. Där borde ni kanske ha samarbetat mer angående maten. Vi stressade för att äta middag på hotellet då det fanns mat att köpa på området med uppträdandet. Förstår att ni vill att vi ska i restaurangen men ett samarbete där vore bra.

Frukost jättebra och middagen på kvällen när vi kom var bra.

− Vi hade bokat Annexet som skulle ligga ca 100 meter från hotellet. Vi var nio personer i sällskapet som bokat detta. Fem av oss fick bo på Sportbacken. och de andra i Annexet. Enligt personal var det överbokat. Ingen ursäkt för det eller kompensation. Standarden på Sportbacken är betydligt enklare. Inget kylskåp tex, golvärme i badrummet som inte fungerade och betydligt längre till hotellet.

Härlig miljö med mycket aktiviteter och god mat på kvällen.

− Juniorsviten där vi bodde borde nog marknadsförts som en familjelägenhet el minilägenhet snarare än juniorsvit. Låg också precis utmed en ganska hårt trafikerad väg.
