8.0STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED TO CHANGE ROOMS, MY ROOMS AC WAS NOT WORKING AND IT WAS OVER 80 DEGREES IN THE ROOM. IN ARIZONA IT MAKES SENSE TO KEEP THE ROOMS SOME SORT OF AIRCONDITIONED CAUSE WE COULD NOT GE THE ROOM TO COOL DOWN
− AC DID NOT WORK IN MY ROOM ALSO SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO LAVENDAR; YOU SHOULD REALLY HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE FOR GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES

9.0Voor ons een ideale stop op weg van Tucson naar San Diego. Kamer tiptop in orde vriendelijk personeel, zwembad om de dag goed te beginnen en verschillende eetadresjes op loopafstand. Yuma zelf was ook leuk om in de voormiddag te bezoeken: de gevangenis en het centrum.
− Niet echt iets. Voor wie gezond wil ontbijten misschien minder goed, maar roereieren waren er wel.

− Beds to soft, no exhaust fans in bathroom, bathroom light didn’t work and room was too close to freeway noise, cockroach in bathroom.
Overall, it was a great stay, and the staff made the difference.
10.0We really appreciated how accommodating the staff was, which allowed us to spend quality time visiting with our daughter and grand daughters who live in Yuma. Service was great all around. Enjoyed the breakfast selection, the fitness center, and we had a great time at the pool.
