− The pool wasn't working it had an old jacuzzi tub I was expecting a real new soaking tub like I saw in the picture and there was stuff on the bottom of the curtains

I cancelled due to not being notified and staff could care less about assisting me.

− We booked when the building was Holiday inn 2 months prior to our stay and was not informed it changed. We were told by staff they didn’t have any of our info which I find hard to believe.
