6.0Spacious room. Quiet. Good enough for a quick stopover but old lumpy beds (I had to use a folded up towel to stop the spring digging into my hip!) furniture tired. Bedding flat and heavy. Bathrooms clean and nicely decorated but noisy extractor fan. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really nice. I wouldn’t stay again because of the mattresses, but all ther issues were minor.

6.0Couldn't have our evening meal in the restaurant because OAP party took priority,should of been told at booking ,took a while for food to arrive in bar, not too pleased to say the least

8.0The hotel is lovely, and staff very friendly. The bathroom in my room was lovely and new but the main bedroom was dates, pealing paint and damp water marks.

4.0We booked and paid in advance apart from the dog which was an additional only payable on arrival. On arrival we were asked to pay in full although we already had and they tried the same on checkout. The room key was continuously faulty and could not get it out room. The room was not clean or wholesome. Plaster falling from the walls, cracks, doors that don’t shut properly. Unclean surfaces and carpet. The spa was poor condition as well, a lot of black mould
